The most important thing you can do for yourself is take time to just be. Just do nothing and spend alone time to rethink,refurbish,relax and rewind. Our daily works require constant go, go, go. Taking time for yourself is a medicinal necessity.Your good health depends on it.

After some by yourself time you tend to see all things clearer. Doing for others takes a lot out of a person and we need to cleanse our minds of all the daily issues we face in order to start anew.

Whether you work at home, or in the office, or out in the customer service field, you must take even a few moments to think only of you. If you take care of you, all else follows.

We can do no one any justice if our thoughts are so jumbled and full of residue from the day, we must cleanse our mind in order to stay focused. Take just a few minutes and think of something only meaningful to you. Possibly your last kiss, your recent  pleasant goodbye smile from a friend, something personal and warming. This moment isn’t to be shared only enjoyed. Then go on with the daily chores of your life.

You will find the more time you take for yourself, the more you will have to give to others.
